When you agree to this Policy and start using our services, we collect device-related information including:

• Hardware model, operating system version
• International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI)
• Unique device identifier, Device ID, device serial number
• Network device hardware address, IP address, MAC address
• WIFI scan results, SSID, and BSSID

Purpose:

• To uniquely identify users for analytics including new user tracking, user retention, user activity, and behavior conversion analysis
• To provide basic anti-fraud functionality, filter fraudulent devices, and improve the accuracy of regional distribution data

1.2 Usage Records

To maintain network, operational, and system security, ensure normal use of the App, and improve our services, we collect information about your interactions with the App, including when you use it, how you use it, and usage frequency.

1.3 Information You Voluntarily Provide

Support Information: If you contact us via email, we may collect your email address and the description of your issue or suggestion, and identify your user ID. This information is only used to provide support services and is not associated with any other information collected through the App.

Photo Library Access: To enable template collage, layout collage, and other collage features, we need access to your photo library. If you deny access, you will not be able to use these features normally.

In the event of a user information security incident (leakage, loss, etc.), we will promptly notify you of the basic situation, potential impact, measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for risk prevention, and remedial measures through push notifications, emails, letters, or SMS.

Storage Period: We store your information only for the period required by law or reasonably necessary to fulfill the App's functions and services. Information beyond this period will be immediately deleted or anonymized.

Storage Location: In accordance with laws and regulations, we store information collected during domestic operations within the People's Republic of China.

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we guarantee your rights to:

Please understand that when you withdraw certain authorizations, related product features will become unavailable, and we cannot continue to provide the specific functions and/or services corresponding to the withdrawn consent.

• If you are under 14 years old, please have your guardian read this Policy carefully and obtain their explicit consent before using our services

If you do not agree with the updated content, please stop using the App immediately; your continued use indicates that you acknowledge and agree to the changes.

This Privacy Policy applies to the App and related services, and does not apply to third-party products or services with separate privacy policies not incorporated into this Policy.

If you use products or services provided by third parties, please review their user agreements and privacy policies. Your use of third-party services (including any personal information you provide to them) is subject to their terms and privacy policies, not this Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The validity and interpretation of this Policy are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any provision inconsistent with Chinese law shall be reinterpreted accordingly. The invalidity or reinterpretation of any provision does not affect the validity and enforcement of the remaining provisions.

You agree to resolve disputes arising from this Policy through negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction at the defendant's location.
